Game crashing before opening the game...

In the new minecraft launcher when I click play, it diapears and then the game should start rigth? But when I click play it close the launcher and open it again and it says: "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience."

How do I fix?
