Stuck keys making me walk/jump/fly/shift/strafe in one direction

When I got to walk/jump/fly/shift/strafe my key acts as if it is stuck and continues to move in the direction of the key I was holding/pressing. (for example W - forward; Space - Jump/fly up) This is ridiculously annoying. I uninstalled all of my forge/liteloader mods and deleted minecraft completely and uninstalled it and reinstalled it only to have the same issues in vanilla minecraft. Might I quote that this is absolutely unplayable.
