I can't log into minecraft. It's telling me unable to locate Java runtime. I tried to fix this and I can't do it. Please someone tell me how I could fix this. Thank you.

*What actually happened was...:*I couldn't play because on the screen it said ERROR unable to locate java runtime.

I couldn't go onto minecraft.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ...I was just moving files and I removed all my trash from my computer.
3. ...All of a sudden then I wanted to play minecraft. I go on the minecraft launcher and it won't let me log on.
