Launcher keeps crashing as soon as I click on play

Everytime I try to open up and play Minecraft, the launcher crashes as soon as I click on play! It says "Game Crash. An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed we're sorry for the inconvenience"..this needs to get fixed, I can't even play!
