Unable to Reset Toolbars

It seems that the latest screenshot has a minor bug: You can't reset the toolbars you've saved.

For example, I put some glass blocks in my quickbar, pressed Ctrl+1 to save, checked to see if it worked (it did), then press Shift+1 to reset (This is where nothing happened).
