Fishing rod cannot pull XP orbs

The Bug

So it appears that fishing rods can pull any entity (mob, player, item, even ignited TNT) except experience orbs.

Steps to Reproduce

• Obtain a fishing rod and summon an experience orb a fair distance away from you.

/summon minecraft:experience_orb ~10 ~ ~ {Glowing:1b}

• Use the fishing rod to attempt to pull the experience orb closer to you.
• Take note as to whether or not fishing rods can be used to pull experience orbs.

Observed Behavior

Fishing rods cannot be used to pull experience orbs.

Expected Behavior

Fishing rods would be able to be used to pull experience orbs.
