what to do if i have the mojang screen crash??

my minecraft crashes when I click "play" I gets stuck on the mojang loading screen like it crashes and there is no crash report when It crashes.
it just doesn't load if I click on the mojang or try to close it it will say
"JAVA(TM) Platform Se Binary is not responding"
