Clean install of 1.11.2 on new Win10 PC chrashes duringn start

What I expected to happen was...:
When starting Minecraft 1.11.2 it just crasches, I've set Swedish language and after pressing the button "Spela" looks like it's about to start to download something but then a new window appears and it says "Spelkrasch, ett oväntat fel uppstod och spelet kraschade. Vi beklagar besväret."

What actually happened was...:

Steps to Reproduce:
Just trying to start Minecraft, nothing more difficult than that.

I've uninstalled and rolled back windows to earlier restore poitn and then tried to re-install agan. No joy.

Tried to delete .minecraft folder but after downloading again same result as described above.
