Launcher won't launch game

Minecraft won't launch. If I click on "Play" button, the "Game crash" popouts almost instantly.
I tried reinstallin my OS so many times, but it all ended unsuccesful.
Everytime it says: Process closed with exit code -1073740791 in log.
I have no clue what thas is and I have absolutely no idea how to deal with it.

Please, any help would have been helpful.
