JAVA SE problem with minecraft crash

Every time when we start the game we get the message:
see attachment.

Last week we get the game ´from the net.
We have installed different versions from JAVA the newest and olderest Version.

But it did not fix the problem.

Please give me detail information that we can fix the error, otherwise we need our money back.
