When you spawn creeper in next to charged creeper the ordinary ones' head disappears

When you spawn creeper in next to charged creeper the ordinary ones' head disappears

What I expected to happen was the creeper would stay visible

What actually happened was the creepers head went invisible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. spawn in creepers.
2. summon lighting to make them charged.
3. spawn in regular creeper.
4. and look at the regular creepers head.
