Minecraft error code 5 native launcher update

I play on a Hp laptop, I usually play 1.8.9 (it may affect if you play other versions I don't know though) and recently the new Minecraft launcher was released. I had no problems with the old launcher, but now whenever I open Minecraft it downloads the native log and at the end of it, it says some stuff about a tmp file and an error code 5. If I want to play Minecraft I have to delete every Minecraft related file and reinstall it, even then I can only play it once then have to repeat to play.

In short: The new Minecraft launcher always downloads a new native log and at the end of it, it tells me error code 5 and some stuff about a tmp file
