I press play, launchers says Game crash. an unexpected issue occurred

every time i try to play the game. it crashes since the new launcher came out. Never had an issue before with the old one. soon as i press play, it says "game crash" an unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed." i'm guess its a bug with the new launcher?

please help
