2017 Minecraft Launcher/Native log

It says "Unable to download the Native launcher" i searched up every way to fix it and it never works how do I fix it or do I have to delete minecraft and dowload it again? cause It don't want to do that again so please any one I need help I miss playing minecraft this has been going on for .. ever since January secondI need Help! to fix this!!!! or im going to go Balistic! someone make a video! that actually works! and ask if it works for people or something!
