Loading World causes ALL the redstone in a certain area drop as a resource

Sometimes when I load my world with all my redstone builds, ALL the redstone in a certain is just gone and is just laying on the floor as a resource. No other blocks are gone. Just the redstone things like redstone wire, redstone torches, repeaters, buttons and levers, doors, etc. In the attachment you can see what used to be a combination lock is now just blocks. I was too late to take a screenshot of the items since I was already playing more than 5 minutes. This is really annoying and has already happend twice now. This really needs to get fixed. I can't give instructions on how to reproduce it because it doesn't happen everytime I load the world, and it happens on different places.
