Recently for the first time, whenever I download any form of minecraft for pc, there is supposedly something missing, like a file. There have been no answers, and the help section led me here

Whenever I press play on any form of minecraft (minecraft version), it says internal server error.

I thought that the game should run normally after pressing play, since I didn't do anything to the settings/hack

What actually happened was it said that file icu4j-core-mojang-51.2.jar was missing, and this error occured

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the installer version of minecraft
2. Login into a Mojang account
3. Press play
