Couldn't delete Native Files

Hi I would like to know why and how I can resolve my problem.And I have problem to migrate that's write wrong password or username but I can log in the account with the game because it's write Minecraft Old Account .And I do import into this account but it's write wrong username or password . I don't know why. ( Hum when I send a email it's write Email send but the email isn't send .) Sorry for mistakes .
