Falling sand/gravel bug

When you place it like I, or just, place a block and above sand or gravel, and the remove the block below, the sand/gravel will get teleported a half block up, there is also a same bug with a minecart falling in web, I have therefor no good screenshots, but the minecart will get teleported to the rail, when it is even not at the middle of the web
