NO SKINS

ok so I cant see any skins at all non they just all look like Steve or Alex I admit iv always had issues with this but not like this and they usually fix after I reload minecraft or change my skin iv tried everything it just wont work at all skins are broken and I don't want to get a new minecraft account because I have no money and access to only one email my parents provided. someone please help
