Named items bugs

There are some bugs with named items:
Pls look at the screenshots first

1. Named minecartchests will drop the minecart and the chest when getting destroyed (in creative!)
2. klicking with mousewheel at the named minecartchest will give you a normal minecartchest
3. Only the dropped minecart (look at 1.) will have the name, the chest is still a "chest"
