Custom sounds in 1.11.2 resourcepacks not working?

I have searched many ways to do this but none of them seem to work, even tho, before i updated the resource pack to 1.11.2 everything worked fine, but now it just does not seem to want to work no matter what i try. i don't know what this is, but please try to look into it and fix it.
