Game ended with bad state (exit code -1073740791)

after updating my drivers from GeForce experience, I can no longer start the game.

it crashes when I click on Play after few seconds (not seeing minecraft at all or menu) the launcher disappears for 2-3 seconds and then appears again with this crash report.

know nothing more or less, was working perfectly before for almost 6 years
