Upward T Flip-Flop Error

I was trying to build a memory block for a computer, but when I made an upward T flip-flop as a test, the piston stayed extended while depowered (see attached). This is very annoying for the memory system and breaks some other creations of mine. I hope this gets fixed in the near future.
