Minecraft Bug - Crash

Hello guys,

if i start minecraft it will crash.

The crash-report is:
Completely ignored arguments: [--nativeLauncherVersion, 307]

Can you please help me?
I tried to uninstall Java and minecraft, but it didn't worked...
Also I've the newest version of all my software...
