icon error for blocks in hotbar or inventory

this has been in the snapshots and 1.5 some icons start flashing to blue or black then back to white really fast. to note that i did search if anyone had this issue on quick search but i didn't find one. i thought it would be fixed in pre release but it wasn't sadly.
