Axe tool rapidly breaks stone slabs

Using the Axe tool allows you to rapidly break stone slabs, much quicker then using your fist or a shovel. Almost as fast as a pick, but does not drop an item when broken. Having an Efficiency Enchantment on the axe further increases the rate at which it breaks.
