I see everyone as steve and alex!

Please help me! I see everyone, including myself on servers AND in single player on MCPC. It first started off about a month ago (early December or late November 2016) Before only some skins would be Steve/Alex but now its everyone. It started to be everyone after I changed my skin (this was after only some people would appear with the default skins) and I haven't been able to see skins ever since. If you know why or how to fix this, PLEASE let me know! Also in the Launcher Log, its a blank white screen with the every tab and button, just not the update screen. I have tried nearly everything:

• uninstalling and re-installing MCPC
• logging out and back in
• restarting my laptop
• shutting down my laptop
• updating my laptop
• reuploading different skins
• uploading skins from different apps/websites
• using different versions of MCPC
