Whitelist not updated when player changes username

This bug appears when the player changes its username. The username is not updated in the whitelist and in the player tabulation.

Example:
In the first screenshot, I have many players on my whitelist.
In the second screenshot, the players "EverTest" change username to "PvP_Test_PvP" and the whitelist list is not updated and the player's tabulation also.
The cache was updated.
