Crashing after /fill command

I just created a new world who was a void one. I wanted to created a platfrom using /fill command in a chunck, so I used F3 + G to load chunck borders to see them, then I did /fill 992 30 1007 1007 30 992 0 replace, and my Minecraft crashed. Was thinking it was a bug due to chunck borders, but without them it is keeping crashing. For more informations, ask me !
