Host is invisible on Survival with no host privileges

The host glitches and become invisible, being able to hurt other players, other players cannot hit or see the host yet can see them breaking blocks.

No spells where used, happened to us twice before I tested to see what was going on.

The way it was triggered for us was if we went and explored a new map, they'll do half the map, I'll do the other, after the maps were complete we met back with one another, upon meeting I (The host) was invisible to the player. I was able to hit the player with a sword and deal damage, yet how ever hard we tried the player could not hit me. I was also invisible while on a boat, the only way I became visible again was saving and quiting. We repeated the process as was exploring another map and it happened again.
