Cannot open a trapdoor placed at Y=255.

A trapdoor placed at y=255 (build limit) cannot be manually opened, the error message "Hight limit for builds is 256 blocks" appears.

The trapdoor can be opened with a redstone block next to it. It should also be able to be opened manually. Using with both hands empty doesn't make any difference.
