Chunks becoming invisible and not loading properly/fast enough

When I fly around my world or a newly created world i have chunks that will not load right away and are invisible for a few seconds they also sometimes flash when I turn around as well and it's not my computer because its very beastly. I didn't have this issues or at least remember seeing it before Iupdated to 1.11.2. I have tried to reinstall minecraft change about every video setting and nothing helps
