Game Crashes when i try to play

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the game to play when i hit PLAY.

What actually happened was...:
The game would go through the download sequence, then bring up a crash log.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft.
2. Press PLAY.
3. Watch game crash.
