Normal arrows look into arrows of water breathing after relogging

Regular arrows fired onto the ground have the appearance of arrows of water breathing after exiting and re-entering the world. This occurs with and without the Infinity enchantment. When picked up again, they are normal arrows meaning it is just a visual error. This effects the arrow entity, not the inventory item.
