Item and block textures appearing on black walls.

I was playing using the seed "107038380838084", and teleported to around Z=-59972 X=0 Y=50 into a ravine, and suddenly my screen was filled with different textures on a black wall. Textures included items and blocks. Upon teleporting back to X=0 and Z=0, I saw texture walls again, but they were towards the edge of my render distance. Upon changing window size, the screen turned white. However, when I rejoined the world, the issue was gone. The attatched image is what happened when I attempted to screenshot the issue.
EDIT: Saw it again in 1.11.2, attempted to screenshot it but the game ran out of memory directly upon screenshot attempt. This was in a different world. It happened upon messing around with haste 100, then going near unloaded chunks.
