Water and lava is rendered lower at corner if there is no block diagonally

The bug

The blocks diagonally to water or lava affect its rendering height when it is surrounded by blocks.

The provided screenshot (Water height affected by diagonal block (1.11.1).png) shows water surrounded by blocks. The block on the left in the front is missing, therefor this corner of the water block is rendered lower than the other ones.
