Blocks will not always appear when using speed effect 255 and Max FOV

I ran the command /effect @p minecraft:speed 1000000 255 true when in this world and I placed some white wool blocks. When I looked at them with a certain angle, the wool did not display even though it should have been there.

These are the steps I used:
1: Placed blocks in a house like formation
2: gave myself speed 255 for 1000000 seconds
3: went inside the wool house and the wool was not displaying properly.
