Visual glitch when moving at a sprint the game can't keep up and blocks move and appear to be be off centered

When I jump around the block at the bottom of the screen seem off centered and when jumping a lot and moving rapidly other blocks the center of my vision seem off centered. I tried capturing screen shots but the game does not catch it.
