Cant connect to any of my servers

I have about 20 multiplayer servers but for some reason I can't connect to any of them. I have tried several different wifi connections and also on 1.10.2 but I cant get it to work. I have tried updating my java as well but it doesn't work. When I try to restart my PC it doesn't work either.
