FPS drop when spawning/respawning (1.11)

With my processor and GPU, I know it's not my hardware (also the fact that this computer is very new), but bvasically whenever I spawn, I get a huge FPS drop. When running on maximum settings I usually get around 60-130 FPS, but whenever I die + respawn this drops to around 9-20. The farther I walk away from where I spawned, the better my framerate gets, until it eventually returns to normal. After it's normal, I can go back to my spawn point and have no issues. I went through the process and then did F3 + C to crash my game, and have included the crash report. I have also included the game output in case you need it.
