MC cant keep up

I can't play, because game crash few seconds after loading a single player world or a world doesn't load at all. I reinstalled MC and updated Java couple of times, but won't help. Launcher says it can't keep up, running x ms behind, skipping ticks. Multiplayer don't tested though.
