Signs Float In Front Of Blocks

Signs float in front of blocks.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Place any full block (such as stone, wool etc.)
2) Right click on the side of the block to place a sign.
3) Stand above the sign and look down and observe the sign floating.

The sign should be attached to the block.
