The bug

Evoker fangs can only spawn on full blocks, not slabs

To reproduce:

Isolate evokers in a little box, with walls
Make an area where the villagers will be, that uses both slabs, and full blocks in the floor.
Spawn the villagers
Evokers should attack the villagers with fangs, but only if they stand on a full block.
