Fatal error - GDI32.dll

I'm only having this issue recently, affects all versions of Minecraft. Crashes a few seconds after Mojang logo appears. I reinstalled Java, adjusted the memory in JVM arguments and even updated my graphics drivers but nothing fixed it.
