"Speed Bug"

This bug is very peculiar.
1. If I am in mc am in multiplayer and single player and then move I am very fast
2. This is unplayable to play like this
3.I have tried minecraft down again
If I want to play minecraft (error-free) I must always restore my PC and it takes about 10 min. Furthermore, that restore is also harmful to my hard drive and I have broken my hard drive thereby. In addition, the bug is available in all versions.
