After changing texture packs thrown Ender Pearls & Splash potions become other items

When you throw a Ender Pearl, the texture is changing for a Lime Dye.

How to reproduce:
1.Take an Ender Pearl
2.Throw it
3.The texture is changing for Lime Dye

Only work on the default texture pack. Last pick shows that it is working normally on a other texture pack.
