Breaking blocks in front of water makes particles look like they are in the water

I Thought the particles would stay there normal color depending on the block

When I broke a block and I was looking in the direction of water the particles loked like they were in the water

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find or place a block that you would have to be looking in the direction of water to break (like a beach)
2. Break block and carefully watch the particles as they hit the water level
