Screen Glitches makes it very hard to play. Lots of streaks across screen.

I don't really know what to do
it just does this after I have restarted my computer...
I'm not a computer person so I don't know how to explain it. The screen was just acting up and I had to restart my game multiple times and it still wouldn't become better.
