Shulker boxes can be opened when blocked by certain blocks

When the following blocks are on top of a shulker box, it can still be opened.
The affected block:

1. Banner
2. Cobweb
3. Sapling (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
4. Snow layer (layers: 1)
5. Vines
6. Sign
7. Lever (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
8. Pressure plate (all)
9. Torch (redstone) (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
10. Button (all) (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
11. Fence gate (opened)
12. Redstone wire
13. Rail (all)
14. Sugar canes (Fixed)
15. All crops (wheat, melon, pumpkin, carrot, potato, nether wart, beetroot) (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
16. All bushes (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
17. Mushroom (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
18. Tripwire
19. Tripwire hook
20. Seagrass (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
21. Grass & flowers (Fixed in 22w45a vertically)
