Resource Pack custom /playsounds are not working.

During version 1.10, I had made a resource pack including custom sounds with custom names as ogg files. I would then use them in /playsound for a map I am making but for some reason, in 1.11, they are no longer playing yet it still says it played in the chat.

For Example: /playsound sound.Talk1 record @p ~ ~ ~ 5

Talk1 is a custom sound that I have in the resource pack which worked in 1.10. Now in 1.11, using the same command no longer plays the sound.
